Ontario Parks is challenging you to spend the month of August out in nature. Being in nature has a wide range of benefits to our physical and mental health. Spending quality time in nature is an opportunity to connect with your loved ones and Ontario’s beautiful natural environment.

Ontario Parks supports Healthy Parks Healthy People, a worldwide movement that works to promote and understand the link between a healthy environment and healthy society.
This will be the fifth year Ontario Parks has offered the 30×30 Challenge. Participants can track their progress on social media using #30x30Challenge.
