Hey park-lovers!

Our online store may feature a different look, but all our great products can still be found here.

However, the process for checking out is a bit different. Here’s everything you need to know about making a purchase:

Step one: pick your product

Start by visiting our store webpage.

If you’re looking for a specific product, select the corresponding category, located on the top header. Then, you can use the categories on the left-hand side to narrow your search.

Once you’ve selected an item and the desired quantity, click to agree to the “Terms and Conditions.”

Select the “Add to cart” button to proceed. Items will be held in your cart for 15 minutes.

You can continue shopping, or click to view your cart and checkout.

Step two: review your information

Once you’re in your cart, it’s time to review your purchase details.

If everything is correct, select “Proceed to checkout.”

You’ll be prompted to either sign in to your account (if you haven’t already) or create an account. This is the same account you use to book a campsite on our online reservation service. The account previously used to shop merchandise will not work on our new online store.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be asked to review your shipping information.

Don’t forget to double-check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct!

Click “Submit” to proceed to the payment screen.

Please note we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

Depending on what you ordered, your purchase may arrive in multiple shipments. Tracking information will be sent to the email you used to log in with.

Step three: complete your payment

You will be prompted to select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa-Debit, Debit-Mastercard, and Ontario Parks gift cards.

If you’re paying with a gift card, you’ll need the gift card number and pin.

Enter your payment information and select “Apply payment.” At this point, you will be charged for your purchase.

Success! You’ve completed your purchase, and we are now processing your order.

The next screen will display your order number, starting with INOP24. Select “View purchase receipt” for the details of your purchase.

If you missed this screen, don’t fret! You will receive an email with the details of your purchase, including your order number. If you can’t find the email, make sure to check the junk folder in your inbox.

Step four: wait for your package

Merchandise orders will be shipped two days after order placement; permit and gift card order will be shipped 5-10 business days after placement.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order using the tracking number found in the email.

If you have questions about your shipment, please reach out to Purolator.

Need to return an item? Reach out to Ontario Parks Store through the Contact Us page to initiate the return process. Ensure your item is eligible for return and if so, the item is unworn and unwashed with original tags. Please indicate your order number and reference the item you are looking to return.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.

If you have any other questions about your order, please contact us!
